王芳 副教授

Associate Professor Wang Fang

王芳，国际法博士，中国政法大学副教授、硕士研究生导师，中国台湾玄奘大学法学院及英国埃克塞特大学访问学者，剑桥大学ESOL考试口语考官。曾任法律英语研究所副所长，法律翻译研究所副所长、所长。获得英语专业八级证书、伦敦三一学院口语证书、上海外国语大学高级翻译证书。

北京市朝阳法院涉外审理专家智库首批专家委员，中国翻译协会涉外法治专业委员会委员，中国政法大学仲裁研究院研究员，中国仲裁法学研究会法律英语教学与测试专业委员会常务理事、法律翻译分会副会长，中国国际经济贸易仲裁委员会、深圳国际仲裁院、上海国际仲裁院、广州仲裁委员会等多家机构仲裁员，担任中国国际经济贸易仲裁委员会调解中心调解员、横琴国际商事调解中心调解员、青岛国际商事法庭专家委员会委员。

多年来从事英美法律制度、国际商事仲裁以及英文合同翻译的教学研究工作。参与或主持各级别课题多项，在各级刊物发表论文30余篇，出版专著两部、译著两部。

Wang Fang, PhD in International Law, is Associate Professor and Supervisor for MTI Program Candidates at China University of Political Science and Law (Beijing), visiting scholar at the Law School of Hsuan Chuang University (Taiwan Province) and University of Exeter (UK), and oral examiner for the ESOL of University of Cambridge. She was the Deputy Director of the Institute of Legal English, and the Deputy Director and Director of the Institute of Legal Translation. She obtained such certificates as TEM-8, GESE, and Advanced Translation Certificate of Shanghai International Studies University.

Professor Wang is one of the first expert members of the think tank of foreign-related trial experts of Chaoyang Primary People’s Court of Beijing, Member of the Foreign-related Rule of Law Professional Committee of the Translators Association of China, Researcher of the China Arbitration Institute at China University of Political Science and Law, Executive Director of the Legal English Teaching and Testing Committee of the China Academy of Arbitration Law and the Vice President of the Legal Translation Branch. She is an arbitrator of many institutions such as the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission, Shenzhen Court of International Arbitration, Shanghai Court of International Arbitration, and Guangzhou Arbitration Commission. Additionally, she serves as a mediator at the Mediation Center of the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission, the Hengqin International Commercial Mediation Center, and the member of Qingdao International Commercial Court Expert Committee respectively.

Professor Wang has been engaged in teaching and research on common law system, international arbitration, and English contract translation for many years. She has participated in or presided over various national, provincial and ministerial research projects. Professor Wang has published more than 30 academic articles at home and abroad, two monographs and two translated books.
