Professor Tang Liling

唐丽玲，甘肃政法大学必赢线路检测3003no1教授，硕士研究生导师，校学术委员会委员。美国缅因大學法学院访问学者；甘肃省省级一流课程“法律英语”课程负责人；清华大学学堂在线“法律英语”慕课负责人；甘肃省省级教学名师。兼任“中国仲裁法学研究会法律英语教学与测试专业委员会”常务理事； LEC全国统一考试委员会专家委员；中国翻译协会专家会员；甘肃省翻译工作者协会理事等职。

主讲课程包括“法律英语”、“英美法律文化”、 “美国侵权法”、“美国合同法”、“美国刑事诉讼法”、“美国知识产权法”等。主要研究方向为英美法律和法律语言、法律翻译与法治国际传播、英美法律制度与法律文化、法律英语、涉外仲裁等。曾获得省级教学成果奖1项，校级教学名师1项，校级优秀教学一等奖2次，主持并完成“中国外语教育研究中心”教改项目1项，甘肃省社科规划课题1项；省教育科学规划课题2项，主持并完成甘肃省教育厅级教改项目2项，校级重点科研项目3项；校级重点教改项目和一般项目5项。在《当代外语研究》等权威期刊及国内省级以上刊物公开发表学术论文30余篇；主编并出版《法律英语语言翻译与教学研究》专著一部，参编其它相关英语类教材多部。

Tang Liling is Professor and Supervisor for MTI Program Candidates at the School of International Studies, Gansu University of Political Science and Law. She was the former Director of the Legal English Department of the School of Humanities at the University of Political Science and Law, Visiting Scholar at the University of Maine School of Law (USA) and is the Member of the University’s Academic Committee. Professor Tang holds such positions or titles as the Director of the Legal Language Research Center. the Executive Director of Legal English Teaching and Testing Committee of the China Academy of Arbitration Law, Expert Member of the National Legal English Certificate Examination Committee, Expert Member of the Translators Association of China. She is the course leader for “Legal English”, a provincial first-class course in Gansu Province.

Professor Tang offers courses such as “Legal English”, “Anglo-American Legal Culture”, “American Tort Law”, “American Contract Law”, “American Criminal Procedure Law”, “American Property Law”, and “American Intellectual Property Law”. Her research interest includes: British and American law and legal language, legal translation and international communication She has won one provincial teaching achievement award in Gansu Province and two first prizes for school-level excellent teaching. She has presided over and completed one teaching reform project of the “China Foreign Language Education Research Center”, one social science planning project of Gansu Province, two provincial education science planning projects, two teaching reform projects of the Education Department of Gansu Provincial Government, three key school-level scientific research projects, and multiple key teaching reform projects and general projects at the school level. Professor Tang has published more than 30 academic papers in authoritative journals or above provincial-level domestic journals, edited and published a monograph called Research on Legal English Language Translation and Teaching, and participated in editing several (text)books in relation to English.
