宋丽珏 教授

Professor Song Lijue

宋丽珏，文学博士，法学博士后，华东政法大学外语学院副院长、教授，硕士生导师。中国译协法律翻译委员会委员、上海市法学会法律翻译学会副秘书长、上海市外事翻译工作者协会理事。曾任中国驻克罗地亚大使馆外交官。主要研究领域：法律与语言、语料库语言学、法律翻译。主持中华外译项目1项，国家社科重大项目子课题1项，上海市哲学社会科学规划课题1项，中国博士后科学基金1项；参与国家社科重大项目1项，一般项目1项，司法部青年项目1项，上海市教委项目1项。获得上海市教学比赛三等奖，上海市英汉汉英法律翻译精品课程主讲之一。

在《东方法学》《中国法学（英文版）》《学习与探索》《当代外语研究》《外语学刊》等核心期刊发表文章三十余篇，出版《法概念的跨语际旅行》《非现实范畴研究》《法律翻译新视野》《明日世界》《妈妈教授》等专、译著十部。多次主持或参与各类翻译实践项目，包括上海司法局世界营商环境报告（Doing Business）英文翻译，上海市高级人民法院金融审判白皮书、十大案例英文翻译，上海市法学会《东方法学》期刊英译项目，世界人工智能大会法治论坛英译（口笔译）工作负责人，法律翻译数据平台建设。

Song Lijue, PhD and Post-doc Fellow, Professor and Supervisor for Masters’ Programs, is the Vice Dean of the School of Foreign Studies at East China University of Political Science and Law (Shanghai). She once served as a diplomat at the Embassy of the People’s Republic of China in the Republic of Croatia. Her research interest mainly includes law and language, corpus linguistics, and legal translation. She is the Member of the Legal Translation Committee of the China Translators Association, Deputy Secretary-General of the Legal Translation Society of the Shanghai Law Society, and Director of the Shanghai Interpreters’ Association. Professor Song presided over one Chinese Foreign Translation Project, a sub-project of the National Social Science Fund Major Project, one Shanghai Philosophy and Social Sciences Planning Project, and a China Postdoctoral Science Foundation. Additionally, she also participated in one National Social Science Fund Major Project, a General Project, a Youth Project of the Ministry of Justice, and a Project of the Shanghai Municipal Education Commission. She won the third prize in the Shanghai Teaching Competition, and is one of the main lecturers of the Shanghai English-Chinese and Chinese-English Legal Translation Quality Course.

Professor Song has published more than 30 articles in such core journals as Oriental Law, China Legal Science (English Edition), Study and Exploration, Contemporary Foreign Language Studies, and Foreign Language Research, and published ten monographs and translated books, for example, The Cross-Linguistic Journey of Legal Concepts, A Study on Irrealis Category, New Perspective on Legal Translation, Tomorrowland, and Professor Mommy. Professor Song has led or participated in various translation practice projects or services many times, including the English translation of the Shanghai Judicial Bureau’s World Business Environment Report (Doing Business), the English translation of the Shanghai Higher People’s Court’s Financial Trial White Paper and the Top Ten Cases, and the English translation project of Oriental Law for Shanghai Law Society. She is in charge of legal interpretation and translation work for the Rule of Law Forum World Artificial Intelligence Conference, and the construction of a legal translation data platform.
